I received this radio at my door in Australia in only 20 days and was best part of three weeks early from their estimated delivery date. I found this to be outstanding considering their circumstances at this time. I did have slight problem with the radio's ethernet connection to the Pc but was helped and guided through for the resolution via emails with Aundrey being extremely responsive. Absolutely recommended
