The last "mini" pc I bought was Chinese made...paid more for it and it lasted 2 Months. Of course, it had a warranty but you had to ship it back to China at YOUR expense for warranty service! It's trash now, not even worth salvaging the internal "ssd", which is just a surface mount IC. This pc has a 1 yr warranty thru Ebay and REAL PCIe slots, etc. Happy with it! Recommended seller.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item arrived in a timely fashion as well. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go!
