Installation was stupid easy, and the inclusion of super detailed instructions was a welcome touch nonetheless. For just being sent in a standard envelope, the product arrived in mint condition and worked flawlessly right out of the gate. 5 stars across the board for both product and seller, great job Ben!

The only objection (at least in my case) is that four colors key work poorly and significant pressure is needed. All other keys work great.

It adds extra carbon contacts for every button, meaning the condition of the rubber keypad doesn't really matter. Used it to repair my Harmony 650 and it is now working perfectly. Easy to install, took me less than 10 minutes to repair.

Two ordered items arrived by USPS as stated by seller in a timely manner. Items were well packaged in an additional envelope and an instruction sheet was also enclosed. Have finely been able to replace first pad and instructions were found to be excellent. This pad is now working correctly. To this point I am well satisfied with both product and seller.

Thought I would have to spend several hundred or thousand dollars to either replace the base or the whole bed but this guy manged to get my remote working for around $50. Communication was very good, looked at the pics I sent and he let me know it was fixable. Also, explained how the "order" and "shipping" worked and turnaround time was fairly quick, about 3 weeks for me to send the remote, him to fix and send back.
