The appearance is almost flawless. It even came with AppleCare+ through 2026, adding huge value. Amazing quality, unbeatable value, and a perfect buying experience. A+ seller! The only suggestion I have is to improve the cleanliness — there were some small particles/debris in the box.

I also made the mistake of getting the wrong color and they were super understanding and sent me the color I wanted. The laptop itself is flawless, super clean and only had a power cycle of 4, pretty much brand new! Very pleased with the quality and is the best bang for you buck. Overall 10/10 experience, would recommend and would absolutely make another purchase in the future!
