Also noticed right away that the clear lens is a bit scuffed on both (defective plastic or stored in hot environment? See image) however it doesn't affect the performance/luminescence at all. Time will tell if these aren't the best quality but they do charge quickly and the price was very fair. Remaining optimistic. Arrived quickly and well packed.

Displayed item during product placement does not articulate this feature.

The price went from $3.50 to $13.85 after my purchase. The seller responded and offered to reship or a refund. I wanted what I bought. After that this seller ghosted me. I guess that is OK to do on eBay, if you look at other feedback here.
