That's the good news. The bad news is that the laptop's battery has a depletion rate that renders the laptop all but unusable without being in close proximity to an active power cord. Any sort of extended portable use on-battery power is out of the question, which defeats the primary purpose and advantage of a laptop, and makes this laptop not a good friend as it should be.

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller
