    I’m giving this a negative rating because the seller did not disclose the fact that this is a Japanese radio, can only transmit between 430 and 440 MHz when I reach out to them about this they knew about it! I don’t understand why they knew and they did not disclose it in the listing, but with a ham license, there  is so much more you can do that is a big limitation, radio was in good condition, but that should have been disclosed, ordered another one from a different seller and returned it.
