This iPod was originally sold to Wal Mart so no warranty. I was the first to open it after it left the factory. Inside the box was all the expected paperwork & apple decals & headphones; you won’t find that in a refurb. The battery had obviously been sitting because it gave reduced performance; that is to be expected. This is a keeper! THANK YOU for being HONEST. I trust this seller and recommend them to everyone. A++++++++
