The seller then took down the listing and relisted it at a higher price ($50 or so higher). I really loved the necklace and it was still within the budget I was willing to pay, so I did go ahead and make another offer and purchase the piece. It is beautiful. However, that is a very shady business practice and I won't be buying from this seller again.
