As a business seller on eBay UK, Injectronx adheres to all relevant UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. These terms and conditions outline our policies and your statutory rights when purchasing from us.

Payment
1. Payment Method: We exclusively use eBay Managed Payments for all transactions. This provides a secure and efficient payment process, supporting various payment options offered by eBay (e.g., credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). We do not accept bank transfers or any payment methods outside of eBay s managed system.
2. Payment and Delivery Address Alignment: For security purposes and to prevent fraud, the payment details you provide must precisely match your designated delivery address. If there s a mismatch, we ll attempt to contact you to resolve the discrepancy. However, if we don t receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
3. Delivery Address Requirements: All delivery addresses must be provided using English characters only. Non-English characters can cause issues with postal label printing and may result in delays or non-delivery.
4. Address Changes After Payment: Once payment has been made, we are unable to change the delivery address. If an address change is required, the original transaction will need to be cancelled. The buyer must then update their registered address on eBay and initiate a new purchase.

Shipping
1. Dispatch Time: Our aim is to dispatch all orders on the next working day following successful payment confirmation. We strive to send items on the same day for orders placed before 16:30 BST, but our commitment is to dispatch within one working day.
2. Shipping Carriers: We primarily use Royal Mail for our shipping services. For express deliveries, we may also utilize couriers such as DPD, UPS, or FedEx.
3. Domestic Shipping Options: For deliveries within the UK, we offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs, including:

Returns and Your Rights
1. General Return Policy (Change of Mind): Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as a business seller, we offer a minimum 14-day cooling-off period for most items. You have the right to cancel your order and return the item within 14 days from the day you receive it, without needing to provide a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item after notifying us of your intent to cancel.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
• Unused and in a resalable condition.
• Returned in their original packaging.
• You are responsible for the return postage cost if you are returning an item due to a change of mind, provided this was made clear in the listing.
Upon receipt of the returned item and verification of its condition, we will issue a full refund for the item s purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days. If you opted for a more expensive delivery service than our standard offering, we will only refund the cost of the standard delivery.
2. Faulty Items and Consumer Rights Act 2015: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have a legal right to a refund, repair, or replacement.
• Within 30 days of receipt: You are entitled to a full refund if the item is faulty. We will cover the return postage costs for faulty items.
• After 30 days but within 6 months of receipt: We will offer a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible or fails, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. We will cover the return postage costs.
• Beyond 6 months: You may still be entitled to a repair or replacement, but you may need to prove the fault was present at the time of purchase.
3. Electronic Items Return Policy: Electronic items are generally not accepted for returns due to a change of mind once opened or used, unless they are proven to be faulty. This aligns with consumer protection guidance for certain digital or easily copied goods.
4. Item Compatibility/Suitability: It is the buyer s responsibility to ensure the item s compatibility or suitability for their needs prior to purchase. We cannot accept returns where the item simply does not fit or is incompatible, unless it is also faulty or not as described.
5. Limitation of Liability for Consequential Costs: Injectronx is responsible for the goods supplied as per your statutory rights. However, we do not accept responsibility for any indirect or consequential costs incurred by the buyer, including but not limited to, installation charges, labour costs, garage fees, or any other related expenses, even if the product is subsequently found to be faulty. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product itself as outlined in our warranty and returns policies.
6. Faulty Item Warranty Procedure: In the event of a faulty item claim, any refund or replacement will only be processed upon the successful completion of our comprehensive Goods Warranty Procedure. This procedure involves:
• diagnostic testing,
• photographic evidence requirement
• return for inspection and testing
This ensures a thorough assessment of the claimed fault.
