Er behauptet erst er hätte ja die Rückgabe ausgeschlossen, was aber beim 14-tägigen Widerrufsrecht nicht geht und dieses nicht tangiert und dann das man ein gewerblicher Käufer sei um den Widerruf zu vermeiden.
