I found this out in the middle of Wyoming at a campsite. I had to bail cause not the size. I got hold of them right away. Came in a little hot but cooled down literally as when in Yellowstone the temp was in the 30s and my van had no shades. I was gone on this for a month and had to carry it around so i can return it. Wrecked a lot of my plans. Did they even say sorry? NO!
