Best of all I was able to fix two printers for about $330 instead of spending $1200 or more for new printers. My printers work like new!! It only takes about 20 minutes to install one with some help from YouTube. Great company!

I've heard that this model has slight variations over the different years that it was offered. Quality seems equivalent to OEM, and there was a packet of grease included in this kit. These printers are quite old, and there are several models besides HL-5470DW that have the same fuser problem. Fuser parts are hard to find; genuine Brother fusers are either sold out or people want $300. Might be time to replace printer.

It worked for about 20 pages and then the jamming retured. I contacted the seller, no reply. I was suppose to get a refund of $20 when I sent back the old fuser unit back. No refund either.
