Fresh version of Win 11 which you setup the system. I'm going to add my 4TB drive in it. If I need another one I would buy it. Most newer Desktops cost 3 to 4 times this unit new, this is a great deal. Pictures show the outside and inside plus New Keyboard & mouse in the boxes even a USB WIFI which works great with my Quantum Fiber setup.
