When I contacted the seller, they offered an insultingly small partial refund that barely cover the taxes I paid. Communication was slow and showed no real effort to provide a fair solution. The seller was not proactive in resolving the issue and clearly they didn’t care about the customer’s experience. This lack of responsibility is unacceptable. For your own good, avoid this seller!
