And I'm guessing it is because the pen does not have Bluetooth.. Everything else was A-ok. Received it in a reasonable amount of time. It does show the air command on removing from its dock. And it does allow screenshots from there. So over all, very satisfied with the purchase, and the seller.

The I reached out to the seller, and they got back to me as soon as they could. They were super helpful and offered a partial refund for the damaged item and let me keep the working one. I really appreciate how responsive and understanding the seller was.
