Contacted seller to be told UPS probably damaged it and was returning it so they were refunding my order. UPS said seller requested it. I asked seller to wait on refund, as they don't "return to sender" damaged items, and I still need the item. Nothing about the situation makes sense. I asked to repurchase the item but no response rec'd. The buyer was refunded as soon as we knew the part was being returned to us. We lost the part and the sale, we feel we did what we were supposed to do. Buyer posted a screen shot of our conversation and we feel it explains everything. Sorry it worked out this way.
