I had to drop another 40 bucks to get that replaced. I wish the seller tested it before he sold it to me, and perhaps used a box to send the mics in, otherwise the other rode wireless go transmitters and lav worked fine. I really needed these working for my next shoot. Thanks.

Someone had ripped the inner packaging - but the ball and charger was there with the instructions. I think there is something wrong with the highest speed of the product- but for what I need and the price - it is great. Thank you!
