I messaged thm and NO replies so then i called them and HE himmed and hawedd that it had to be a cable or my monitor. refused to replace graphics card! i bought a graphics card and installed it and surprise surprise it works now? SHADY people I WILL NOT DEAL WITH AGAIN

I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. Maybe tied up in their return department?? Just received the refund today, Aug 8th.
