I messaged thm and NO replies so then i called them and HE himmed and hawedd that it had to be a cable or my monitor. refused to replace graphics card! i bought a graphics card and installed it and surprise surprise it works now? SHADY people I WILL NOT DEAL WITH AGAIN

Felt like a new computer and didn't seem to have any physical defects. I think it was a great little computer for the cost. Appearance was clean and very securely packaged.
