I’m sure it’s a one off situation but the same thing happened with the yellow band with this order that happened with the yellow band from Nomad. For whatever reason it catches on the inside of the band slot of the watch and it ripped the middle lug off. I even installed it as Nomad said by depressing the middle lug as I noticed the band wouldn’t install without it

Eventually, I was able to find the item, but like I said, the color was wrong. Spoke to customer service here they shipped me out the color I actually wanted and gave me half a refund. Customer service is exceptional. They are very fast and communicative and definitely has great customer service. Will order here again!
