2. Products and Availability
2.1. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Colours, packaging, or minor details may vary slightly from those shown online.
2.2. All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend products at any time.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
3.2. Payment is required in full at checkout before your order is processed.
3.3. We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods listed at checkout.
3.4. Carousel Store reserves the right to cancel any order if accidental pricing issues occur.

4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery times vary depending on product location and courier availability. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
5.1. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us first within 14 days of receiving your order.
5.2. We will provide you with the correct returns address, as our products are shipped from different warehouses and suppliers.
5.3. Do not return any items until you have received confirmation and the correct return address. Items sent to any other address may be lost and cannot be refunded.
5.4. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, unless an item is faulty or sent in error.
5.5. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
5.6. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns. You are responsible for the goods until they are received by our warehouse partner.
5.7. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
5.8. If items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete, we may reduce the refund amount or refuse it altogether.
5.9. Please note that certain products such as personal hygiene products, sock and underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. This list is not exhaustive, so please reach out before ordering if you are unsure.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
6.1. Please contact us within 7 days if your order is faulty or incorrect.
6.2. We may ask for photos or other details before issuing a return authorisation.
6.3. Once approved, we will provide the relevant returns address and may cover return postage if the issue is confirmed.
7. Cancellations
7.1. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
7.2. You must notify us in writing before returning items, and we will supply the correct return address.
7.3. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty.
7.4. Refunds will be issued once the goods have been returned and inspected.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8.3. Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase will not exceed the price paid for the goods.
