The two refurbished pcs I ordered from Tech Leaf are working great. For the first 30 days (as a test), I treated them like office computers, in use for 8-10 hours per day as well as for streaming videos (no gaming). Both pcs work and continue to work great. I am very happy with this purchase & I would recommend & order from Tech Leaf again.

All the attachments were included as described. The computer itself looks brand new and the pre-loaded Windows 7 was very easy to setup too. The interior of the case and the various components and connectors were spotless. The computer works like new. Have dual-booted it with Linux, so have a modern OS with which to safely go online, retaining Win 7 for use with some vintage programs that will not work under later versions of Windows.

Before it arrived I noticed I ordered wrong one, I ordered computer with i7 7th generation I wanted at least 9th generation i7. Emailed tech leaf. Kailey Carter called me back from tech leaf, she was great they mailed right computer out after, I payed small upgrade fee. (even before i received the wrong one) I sent back as soon as I received it. Highly recommend this company and thank you Kailey Steve
