Apparently it didn't have the correct HDMI port that it showed on instructions so I did have to wait a bit until I could connect my monitor to it. A few days later I got a piece that helped me connect my monitor to the desktop. It was a quick and easy process + The shipping was quick, condition is perfect imo and it has great quality for the price! Very glad I bought it and it has lots of space compared to my laptop lol

Love how many USB ports are on the PC and love the colors of the front display. Love how little space it takes up. And the condition is better than expected. So far, great value for the buck. And pretty nice quality for what you get.

I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. Maybe tied up in their return department?? Just received the refund today, Aug 8th. Thanks Ron and the crew!
