Box came mint condition! Everything was in the box, not a single scratch on anything (obviously because it is BRAND NEW). The sound is incredible! Absolutely AMAZING! This model and the SWA-9100S are the ONLY rear speakers that are compatible with my sound bar. This is ALSO the ONLY place online to buy these speakers. They are sold out EVERYWHERE else (if you want brand new). 10/10

Despite being refurbished, it appeared to be brand new in appearance and well worth the reduced price I paid for it. I would have no problem buying from this seller again, nor recommending them to my family and friends.
