My dress is absolutely perfect, but what really shines is the spectacular customer service I received. I had ordered a dress from somewhere else, but it ended up being a scam, so I was very worried about getting something else in time for my wedding. I messaged this seller to see if they could make my dress fast enough and get it to me in time, and they pulled in extra workers to get it done for me!! Very responsive and kept me calm when I was so worried. Wonderful!!

I understand the time difference but when I am consistently messaging them daily at 10-11pm USA time, and I don’t get a respond until 3+ days later, that is very frustrating. This seller HIGHLY lacks on communication for returns. The delivery date is incorrect, so the window for returns is also incorrect. If you’re ordering wedding gowns & you want it to look like an actual WEDDING gown, the price is too good to be true. DON’T BUY!!!
