The ring was a great price, but it looks cheap compared to the picture. The picture makes the leaves and parts around the stone look raised and defined, when in actual fact it is all smoothed together. My ring also arrived with a chip of gold missing. I contacted the seller and sent them a picture. As the ring was cheap, I expected a full refund. However, I was offered a one pound refund which I had to accept. Rubbish ring, rubbish customer service.
