All 1/2 wave and 5/8 antennas I have had at the same height and location , the swr has been fine, regardless of height. And it’s clear this antenna is 12 ft above the ground. Highly disappointed with this junk. It’s clear this antenna is a dud. Sending this antenna back to the UK is way too expensive to the UK for a refund. It should be returned at your cost at least if it’s buggered.
