This time, there was an issue getting it to work properly. I contacted the seller, who worked with me to troubleshoot the issue and determined that it was defective, and offered to repair or refund. I did have to pay to ship it back, which is unfortunate, but a refund was promptly issued. I marked the shipping cost to 3 stars for shipping because of I got stuck for shipping both ways for a defective product.
