I am now able to change and transmit on the channels where the crystals had gone bad. And now the radio is also able to go from channel one to channel forty, when it could only go to channel 23 before installing the DDS/VFO Great customer service with great communications. I would certainly buy again. The buying experience couldn't had been any better. Thank you

Power wires shown in photos not included in sale. I requested in notes "Remote encoder" but item arrived with encoder soldered to the board anyway which made more work for me. Seller gave 2nd encoder on next order but I only need the ribbon wires to extend the old encoder.

This time, there was an issue getting it to work properly. I contacted the seller, who worked with me to troubleshoot the issue and determined that it was defective, and offered to repair or refund. I did have to pay to ship it back, which is unfortunate, but a refund was promptly issued.
