They had me send pics of what I received and they were very nice and willing to help me. However, I didn’t need them to do anything because USPS inadvertently gave me the wrong package. The person that received it brought it to my home. Go figure the one I had belonged to them! My bag is perfect! This was USPS fault and NOT the seller A++++Seller that I highly recommend!

Exactly as described; my Alienware M17x R3 recognized it immediately; arrived at about 70% charged, completed charging after installation in about 5 hours. Will have to take a look at a longer period of time, to see how the battery performs, but the computer says it's got all capacity as previously installed so all good. The shipment came quite fast (good three weeks) and its delivered in a cardboard box with a plastic insert to hold the battery in place.
