Their delivery package was exceptional in the detailed explanations and QA. I chose this Dell laptop because of the large screen and was not disappointed. Logged into Dell support for the 11 latest updates. Dell offers a support contract after completing the transfer ownership form. However at $190 it only covers software and no hardware. So for recovery I went with my own backup solution (Hint: Storagecraft/Arcserv) at a lower cost and security.

The laptop looked brand new. The price was about the same as what other sellers were offering. The only problem was with it not being a touch screen. I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. When I initiated a return, the seller reached out and offered to ship a replacement item. After I returned the original item, it took a few extra days for the seller to ship the replacement laptop. The replacement laptop was very good and working very well. Highly recommend this seller due to the fact that they owned the problem when things didn't go as expected and resolved the issue.

They even sent the AC adapter which was omitted in the package contained the laptop before I notced it was missing. Fantastic customer service!
