It came in cushioned packaging and cosmetically there were no issues to see. I plugged it in so the device would charge for several hours. When I powered on the device it just worked. I got my wife setup on a local account with no issues and windows 11 worked fine. I noticed that the speed of processing requests was quite fast. the condition of the device was better than good it was excellent.

When I initiated a return, the seller reached out and offered to ship a replacement item. After I returned the original item, it took a few extra days for the seller to ship the replacement laptop.
