I installed it using YouTube videos, and just like that, I'm all fixed. Pretty straightforward install. The part itself looks used but was programmed to my truck using it's VIN and works perfectly. I'm very happy with the way everything works, I would ordered from this place again, The installation, was very hard to complete But the part I got worked just like it should. I'm Very HAPPY ! Its not a NEW item, It is out of a 2020 and my car is a 21 so It was used. Also the shipping time good

The module showed up quickly-within the time window that was quoted! The item was in great condition and packaged well for the shipping. I received it 7 days after ordering which I think was very fast from China to Arkansas! I didn't receive the usb-c hub that is pictured in the listing. The hub that I was sent only has 2 usb-a ports, but a usb-c adapter was included. The missing usb-c port isn't a big deal to me, but if it is to you, you should verify which hub you will be sent before ordering. Great Seller! Thank you!
