It has an on/off button and up and down buttons for volume. Typically using your device on Bluetooth controls the volume as well. No light indicators to determine charge, so I charged it before first use. Still adjusting to wearing it while sleeping.

The seller was great to work with, and very responsive when I had questions or concerns. Flag is very good value for the cost. The condition was fantastic, and the appearance was perfect.
