At the beginning they were open to work. They stated that they will refund the money for the bad units and also a partial refund discount of 25% for the incorrect ones. We opened a case for 4 but ended up with 5 bad ones. Message them twice and packed the units waiting for a return label. Didn't receive complete refund. They just refunded 4 units. They are ready to go back!

I had this model before and lost it in a lightning storm. Newer models with fewer features are much more expensive; newer with the same features are thousands. We rolled the dice on this. Looks great! 30 day warranty made us feel like no downside to try. It worked great just as they said. Good seller!
