The charger that comes with it ain't charging it, when plugged in it keeps the charging screen and the low battery screen. I have brought a few of the Redmi note series before and have gotten good service from, starting with note 7, 10, now 13. But I don't like what I am seeing with this one .

Possibly a newer revision of the device as a factory reset included Android 15 and the USB port appears unused so no concerns. Packaging on top was great, but was not padded on the bottom. Free case and EU charger was provided. Arrived a week earlier than expected. Thumbs up.
