I immediately wrote the seller who apologized but only offered a $60 refund. When I rebutted a supervisor responded and handled the situation very well. They first asked for me to return the boxes and would pay shipping but then ultimately gave me a full refund and let me keep the two boxes of One Piece. I am very happy with the service and care.

Took longer than initially expected, but 151 surprise had a known distribution issue and limits (not sellers fault) when first released. Seller contacted and offered either full refund or to wait longer for supply. I chose to wait and seller was able to fulfill original order. Items arrived in great condition and quickly once shipped. Will buy from seller again!
