They gave me a refund for it and reassured them that we still will be shipping from them as we have a 3rd gen 4Runner. But there customer service it top notch. Luckily it was just a boot that broke and a dust shield.

Was carefully packed for shipping and got to me a week before originally thought. Great price for the condition and with all accessories still attached such as chrome inserts and under hood blanket.
