Easy to install with comprehendable instructions. The 2 ways of using it, either by the air vent or on the dash are interchagable, so if you don't get on with one method you can easily change to the alternative. I was expecting the adjustable feet (so one can place the phone so buttons are not pressed by the arms), but received the fixed feet. It is not a problem because my current phone have the buttons away from the arms anyway and I can't be bothered with return. But the seller should the listing so it is clear which product is sent out.
