After I bought this, I realized it was a tad bit too longer to fit where I wanted to put it. I asked this seller to cancel my order, which he did and sent me a total refund!!! By mistake, it was sent anyway, so I contacted him. I offered to send partial payment & retain it for a gift. However, he gave it to me as a gift from him!! It is a new very nice thermometer and came very well packaged in a large padded box! Looks GR8 and quality!5*+

They gave me the choice of waiting 60-90 days for new stock delivery or a refund. I chose a refund and they refunded my money within 24 hours. I'm very satisfied with the customer service from this seller.
