Had to shorten my review, character limit. The FM band is a lil weak (better when charging) but all the other freqs from 150khz to 30mhz are great if you connect a long wire or SW antenna. Fits in my palm, has battery inside and charger incl. Plenty loud speaker. I m listening to distant ham stations with it. Has much less static than my ham radio. Nice sideband receive. Push MODE. Great deal. Very fast shipping.

This happened with or without the antenna and it was not local interference. My money was refunded in full and the seller was easy to work with.
