It was packed in a small ball securely. However, the description said Fedex for shipping but was sent by usps. It got here safely. The screen does not have any visible scratches. I then attempted to refund and was told I wouldn’t get a refund if I didn’t follow their steps for returning it. Once they received it they deducted half the price of the phone from my refund claiming it’s not in the same condition even though I kept it in bubble wrap and the og box while it was in my possession. Horrible business, wouldn’t recommend.
