The controller has 2 minor cosmetic flaws on the front left and right of it. It looks like some of the skin is beginning to peel, which you can see in the pictures provided. It came with all accessories, the case for the controller, although it didn't come with the USB-C cable. I had a spare one so it wasn't an issue. Minor complaint in regards to LB, RB, A button not being as sensitive as the other buttons. Have to press those buttons harder to register
