I received 15 - #3 Phillips bits, two inches in length, with a smooth tip. I have many #3 smooth tipped bits and they don't grip well enough to loosen a fastener that is very tight. The ribbed tip bits grip much better. These bits are not something I can use. I hope the seller will send me what I ordered. Kelly Welch
