It has a very wide matching range, and quickly finds a solution in most cases. It's a pity that the power connector is not the same as that of the radio, as that would have reduced the number of different connectors required, but at least a power plug is provided so that a lead can be made. Note however that it is a non-standard size 3.3mm outside diameter, 1.3mm inside.
