It was exactly as pictured and described, and works perfectly! It, as expected, was set to transmit only on the Japanese amateur radio frequencies, however a soldering iron, a set of cutters, and one additional diode effectively convinced the radio's microprocessor that it was intended for the American market all along. I will almost certainly buy from this seller again!!
