1) Returns & Refunds
- Items can be returned within the allowed return period as per eBay’s return policy.
- If an item is returned damaged, used, or in a different condition than received, a fair amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the loss in value.
- Misuse of returns: If the incorrect return reason is selected—either accidentally or intentionally (e.g., claiming an item is faulty when it is not)—a partial refund will be issued, excluding the postage fee incurred by eBay.
- If the incorrect return reason is selected (e.g., claiming an item is faulty when it is not), the return label cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- We do not offer exchanges—if an item is not suitable, a returns case must be opened, and a new item must be ordered as a separate transaction.
- Refunds will only be processed after the item has been received and inspected.
- If a delivery is rejected or refused, and the item is returned back to us, the original postage cost will be deducted from the refund.
- If the item doesn’t fit or the wrong item was ordered, the correct return reason should be used.
- If the item doesn’t fit after being advised by me that it would, I will cover the return costs.
- If no message was sent before purchase and the wrong return reason was used, I will partially refund excluding eBay postage fees.
2) Return Fraud & Misuse of Returns
- Returning a different item than what was originally purchased is considered fraud. Any such attempts will result in fraud reports being sent to eBay and appropriate authorities for further action.
- Serial numbers, markings, and other identifiers are recorded to prevent fraudulent returns.
- Any false return claims will be reported to eBay, and relevant documentation will be submitted to support our case.
3) Shipping & International Orders
- Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders cannot be redirected once shipped.
- If an item is lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
- For international orders, appropriate time must be given for items to pass through customs. All necessary forms will be provided by us, but delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure no additional import charges will be incurred for international orders. We do not cover or reimburse any import duties, taxes, or fees applied by your country.
4) Customer Support & Dispute Resolution
- We strive to provide excellent customer service. If you experience an issue, please contact us first before opening an eBay case or leaving negative feedback.
- Disputes will be handled fairly, and we will always provide eBay with appropriate documentation to support our position.
