Both are marked XL but one of them is mis labeled. I would guess it's a medium, I couldn't even pull it up to my knee, much less over it. I contacted the seller and they were very gracious. They offered to send me another and I accepted. It arrived quickly and it fits perfectly. I asked if they wanted me to send the other back, but he said no, and asked that I try to donate it so will do so. Great seller, highly recomend.
