Although I had to remind her a week later. Got the replacement today with no ink smudge. However, the paper quality is not great. Even after framing with a cardboard insert to make the space between the glass and backing tighter, the poster looks wrinkled and wavy. Very noticeable when put next to my other prints of the same size. Good price. Subpar quality & communication.
